users to convert the YouTube Vidoes to other formats online for free. 

There are number of Websites doing this Service and the one that is popular among them 
is YouTube-mp3.org. This Website is said to have 1.3 million visitors per day, extracts Audio 
from YouTube Videos and lets users Dowload the audio tracks.

The Growing popularity of the website has started to trouble Google, which has reportedly
threatened to sue the conversion website.

Google has written a letter to Youtube-mp3 website owner PHILIP on june 8,asking to stop
their services immediately.They have indicated that YouTube’s terms of service bars any
